Maryland bans certain firearms and limits magazine capacity for law-abiding gun owners — restrictions that punish the many for the actions of the few. I'm pushing legislation to repeal these bans and restore the full constitutional right to keep and bear arms. The Second Amendment doesn't have an asterisk. Neither will my vote.

I'm pushing legislation to require public comment periods at all county commissioner meetings. The First Amendment includes the right to petition your government. That starts at home.
Your Government Should Hear You
Maryland courts can suspend sentences for child exploitation crimes that federal courts cannot. I'm pushing to align state minimums with federal standards — non-suspendable, no exceptions. Justice for the most vulnerable shouldn't depend on which courthouse you're in.
